Bay Area Local, Kaitlynn Bauman attended Saint Ignatius Prep in San Francisco prior to attending the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York. She has worked for some of the most popular restaurants in San Francisco including Green's, Presidio Social Club, and Michael Tusk's Cotogna. She also traveled extensively throughout Europe staging at some of the worlds Best restaurants.
Native of the Yucatan, Ezequias Poot has worked in various popular restaurants in the Bay Area including Bar Bocce, Buckeye Roadhouse, and Bungalow44 where he and Kait met in 2011.
Texas Native, Stephen Gonzalez moved to California to attend The Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena. During his schooling he moved to Spain and worked in the infamous Basque Country before returning back to California to graduate. After Graduation he took a job with Michael Tusk's celebrated restaurant Cotogna.
